Only Level 4 and above may work with Deyrnas. See information about the levels that individuals and groups are subject to. This is an exclusive society and a privilege, not a public right and inclusive of all disregarding measurements.

We will do more pushing away than we ever do in drawing in. Capital may never arrive from Level 5 or Level 6 individuals or groups. This is what we will be vetting for. If we get it wrong and mistakenly allow capital to flow from undesirables in Level 5 and 6 then we will remedy as soon as practically possible. 

Although it is possible to do good with bad money, we chose to do good with good money from good people who are not part of the problems of the world. We are not here to enrich anyone in level 5 or 6. Level 7 need not be mentioned at all here.

2. Enrich those who enrich themselves and others.
3. Value the past and the present as we project a positive future.
